Meet the Owner
Noel Lopez, President, and Owner of STS Consultants L.C. founded the company in 1997. Over the years, Noel has evaluated and recommended changes to clients' existing tax procedures to ensure maximum benefit from STS Consultants L.C. services.
Mr. Lopez past experience includes serving as the Principal in a Texas tax consulting firm where he assisted taxpayers in recovering state sales tax overpayments. He served 7 years as the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts in Corpus Christi, Texas and at the Houston North Audit Office for 7 years.
Noel Lopez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&I University. Additionally, from the 17 years as a State Comptroller's Auditor, since 1992 Mr. Lopez has been the shareholder and officer of two tax consulting companies in Texas. In 1997, he formed STS Consultants, L.C.
